In order to restore trust in hiring process in cooperative banks, Maharashtra government has directed that all recruitment for District Central Cooperative (DCC) Banks be conducted only through recognised agencies — IBPS, TCS-iON or MKCL. The decision follows complaints from citizens and public representatives about irregularities in past recruitments handled by local agencies, reports HT.
